Tracey is awesome! She has a very real approach to life situations. She’s caring and friendly, I would have to say she is good at building an instant rapport which makes it easy to open up and explore the issues and things that you are going through. More like a mom or best friend that gives amazing advice not like a traditional therapist that’s like tell me all your problems. Over all awesome at what she does.

Our first session went great. She made me feel like it was ok to open up and talk freely!

It was my first ever therapy session, and I felt instantly at ease talking with Tracey. She let me talk through my situation while she listened and I never felt judged or embarrassed talking with her. By the end of our session I felt a huge relief being able to talk to someone who genuinely cared and wanted to help. It felt like I was talking to a friend the whole time.
