Tony Taylor, LPC
About me
I am a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. My background includes supporting clients with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges, as well as working with individuals who have cognitive and developmental differences.
I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I am trained in EMDR. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical—helping you gain insight, build skills, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
I have spent much of my career working with families and understand how relationships, life experiences, and stressors shape the way we cope. Clients often describe me as empathetic, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you work toward meaningful and lasting change.
