Hi there, and welcome— If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of worry, or weighed down by sadness, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Reaching out is a powerful first step, and I’m really glad you’re here. I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety and depression using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a practical and evidence-based approach that helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be holding you back and develop tools you can actually use in your daily life to feel more balanced, confident, and in control. My approach is supportive, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be honest, explore what’s going on beneath the surface, and work toward meaningful change at your own pace. Whether you’re dealing with constant worry, low motivation, stress, or just feeling “off,” we can work together to create a path forward that feels right for you. We can communicate through messaging, live chat, phone, or video sessions—whatever feels most comfortable for you. You deserve to feel better—and change is absolutely possible. If you’re ready, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.

I have worked primarily over this past 17 years with trauma and substance abuse in the adult population with about 3 years working with the teenage population in these areas. I believe in working with individuals and families to achieve their highest goals. I believe the client is the expert in his/her own life and I fully encourage one to strive to work towards building a strong foundation within themselves and their families whatever that looks like to them, to that end I use focused solution therapy, internal systems therapy, mindfulness/compassion therapy, cognitive and cognitive behavioral, dialectical therapy, emotional freedom techniques and/or neurolinguistic techniques . Amanda Williamson
Hello, I'm Amanda. For over 20 years I've walked alongside people through every kind of mental health journey—from crisis moments in psychiatric hospitals to steady, hopeful growth in outpatient settings. My favorite thing is helping adults rediscover their strength, heal old wounds, and build lives that feel lighter and more joyful. I bring a calm, creative, down-to-earth energy to every conversation. I'm also a mom, grandma, and wife—balancing real life just like you do. Those experiences help me truly connect with people from every background and walk of life. I specialize in supporting people facing • anxiety & worry that won't quit • depression & low motivation • trauma that still echoes • OCD • relationship struggles • anger that feels out of control • addiction & recovery Together we’ll work at your pace, using practical tools (CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused strategies and more) to quiet the unhelpful thoughts, build better coping skills, and create real, lasting change. I believe you are the expert on your own life—I’m just here to offer a fresh perspective, gentle guidance, and a safe space where you’re never judged. If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again (or even better than before), I’d be honored to walk that path with you. *Please Note: I can not provide accommodation letters until therapy has been established for at least 30 days and I do not work with porn addiction or dissociative disorders*
Lauren Anzelone
I am a provisional Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my Masters in Social Work from East Carolina University in 2009. I have been providing support to children, adolescences, adults with disabilities, and their families since 2003. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, trauma, Mood Disorders, and ADHD. I also have helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. It’s an honor to be able to come along side others during their journey. I am passionate about helping women, parents raising adolescents and/or foster children, and young adults. It has also been a pleasure supporting foster parents as they learn various behavioral management techniques to best support a child demonstrating challenging behaviors. My counseling style is a strengths-based approach and I use a collaborative problem solving approach to help tackle life’s challenges. But I have learned along the way there is nothing to big for God to help us through. He has taught me I can trust in Him and His plans are greater than my plans.(Jeremiah 28:11, Romans 8:28-29)

Todd Glickman
Twenty years in this field has taught me one thing: the "letters" after my name matter far less than the connection we build in the room. Whether you are a teen trying to find your voice or an adult searching for clarity, you deserve a space where you feel understood, not just "diagnosed." My approach is laid-back and collaborative, but rooted in a practice-driven mindset. Drawing from my background in athletics and coaching, I view our sessions as "structured practice." We don’t just talk about the hurdles; we run the drills to strengthen your emotional resilience so you have the skills and confidence to handle them effectively. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, and substance use. My style is transparent and relational, shaped by two decades of experience in intensive in-home, homeless shelters, recovery programs, and schools. I am your therapist who brings real-world perspective, gentle insight-building challenges, and genuine care to every session.
