Hello, my name is Mark and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia. I have been working in mental health for twenty years. I have raised five children and have a lot of life experience in addition to my professional training. I believe people can/will get better when they work at it regardless of the challenge they face. I use elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Adlerian Psychology primarily when helping in addition to Spiritual Therapy for my Christian clients that request it.
