Shantra and I have only met once, so it is a new relationship. I appreciate her messaging me and keeping it up with how I am doing.

Mrs. Gray reads the room whether it be messaging, phone call, or video call before she becomes down to earth with the client she is providing therapy for. For myself this puts me at-ease knowing that I am not just speaking with a "robot". She maintains her professionalism and sends brief messages to ensure the client is doing well or not outside sessions. The messages are not required to be answered, this portrays a great therapist that genuinely cares.

Shantra is awesome. She employs excellent listens as noted by the thoughtful responses she gives during our sessions. The references she offered up were very useful, and I feel they were relevant to my process.

She is incredible! She always listens to what I have to say, and she understands me really well. I never feel judged when I speak to her. She checks up on me between appointments to make sure that I am doing okay, and she always responds pretty quickly and has been flexible with scheduling since the first day. She is very kind and very good at making sure you don't feel alone in the ways that you feel.
