About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters in Education Psychology and Counseling (M. Ed) I am also a Christian Counselor with an emphasis on Biblical Scripture and prayer. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy primarily to teach Coping Skills, build Self-Esteem and Self-Identity, Anger Management, and Communication skills. I have been in Therapy for 15 years. I am experienced with working with Teens, Adults, Couples, and Individuals in most areas of Mental and Behavioral Health concerns. I encourage you to become the unique individual you were designed to be, while helping you find purpose and hope for the future.
