Chris is a really cool guy! I have only had two sessions so far and he takes notes throughout our sessions to ask appropriate questions (although I can't shut my mouth long enough to let him get a word in). I feel very comfortable with him. He's down to earth and gives a lot of personal anecdotal/ relatable feedback from his experiences which is a reminder that we are all human. I'm eager to delve deeper into our collective consciousness with him.

I’ve worked with Chris for weeks now and he’s been truly wonderful to work with. I was clear at the outset that I’ve been to therapy before and have clear intentions for being in therapy. Chris has kept those core intentions as a focus while giving me the space to learn and grow on my own. He’s taught me the beauty of baby steps and the peace in leading by example. I recommend Chris to anybody seeking therapy, especially those who have experience in therapy and are looking to “dive back in.”

Its crazy to me that I have only just begun my journey with this program 'Better Help" and with Chris as my therapist, but I have such a great feeling from it so far! I havent felt this positive about anything in life recently let alone something new and having to do with therapy. This was supposed to be a scary and awkward experience, or so I thought! Chris has been so personable and makes me feel relaxed and is easy to talk to! I APPRECIATE HOW HE EXPLAINS A LOT SO YOURE NOT LEFT THINKING " Is it normal or okay to feel this way"... I have already been recommending him to friends..
